The assessment policy isn’t just a hoop to jump through – it’s a powerful tool to help you assess well.
Do you find designing [interesting, policy compliant] assessments a bit of a drag?
With the help of some [simple] principles of learning design, we’ll show you how to make building assessments [easy], [straightforward] – and maybe even fun!
In this session, with the help of a team of experienced learning designers, you will gain a better understanding of principles of good assessment underpinning UWA’s Assessment Policy, and you build or rebuild your unit’s assessment strategy with those principles in mind.
By the end of this session, participants will:
- identify UWA's Assessment Policy.
- understand the principles of good assessment underpinning the policy.
- evaluate their own assessment based on those principles.
- create innovative and compliant assessments for their unit.
